Ground Penetrating Radar Systems was contacted by Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado to perform a radar scan to analyze a slab of concrete that the on-site plumbers were going to core drill. The hospital required no conduits or utilities to be hit in the process of core drilling. GPRS was able to come out right away and perform a concrete scan which ended in the finding of two conduits the plumbers would have drilled through.

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems used a GSSI 1600 MHz antenna for this application to locate the conduits. All findings were marked directly on the concrete at customers request for easy interpretation. GPR was ideal for this application due to the active work site in the surrounding areas. GPR emits no radiation and is safe for others to work in area near scan location. Concrete Analysis For Plumbing Contractor - Colorado Springs, Colorado, application to locate conduits
